The property sleeps four people in one double and one twin bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms. Also in the property is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside the property is off road parking for two cars and a private garden area.There is also use of a shared hot tub. All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Fitted kitchen. Sitting room with dining area and electric fire. Please note: The front door of this cottage is accessed by 5 descending steps. Inside the property there is 1 step up to the kitchen and a small slope from the hall down into the sitting room.

Oil central heating with electric fire in sitting area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, small library of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden and patio with furniture.Use of shared hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Access to property along 0.3 mile single lane tarmac road. From 26th July 2019, Customers will have access to shared hot tub. This is shared with all three cottages. Please contact the owner to arrange time slots.
